Cingular icare department finally came up with a quick-fix solution again. Replace the phone with a different brand. Really don’t want to but I’m up to this point that I don’t care anymore. Really like my Sony Ericsson W600i but I have no choice.  They are going to replace it with the Motorola L7 SLVR…
