after a couple of arguments with the AT&T tech support we both finally agreed that it was the unfiltered satellite reciever connection that was causing the speed downgrade. Here’s my latest speed report…

Just found out that my isp has been charging me for the higher rate but giving me service for the lower package.. so called and asked them to upgrade my service with the same price they are charging me. As of today my broadband speed is;

This is a long overdue post that I was meaning to do since January!
Around the 2nd week of January of this year I received a letter informing me that I’m being considered for inclusion into the 2007/2008 Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals “Honor Edition” of the Registry.
Wow! I said to myself. My exposure and contribution to the industry is finally paying off! …but wait! Who much will this cost me? The letter said it’s free. Huh? Free? in this world? hmmmm… went to search it in the internet and saw a couple of sites referencing this company.

After almost 3 weeks doing a no show at my dojang I managed to get a chance to get off early from work. dahil na rin sa phy.therapy schedule ko kaya nagkabuhol buhol ang priorities ko. Mahirap namang magrequest to go home early lagi at baka magkaroon pa ako ng demerit points sa trabaho ko!
So far oks naman. Tumigil muna ako sa p.t. at medyo wala sa budget plan ko. Pero sa tutoo lang talaga gumaan ng konti ang pakiramdam ko.

We celebrated father’s day at a friend’s house where they were having a kid’s b-day party. The day before that was one of my nephew’s and sis-in-law’s birthday. Total overload of birthdays this weekend! and of course added a couple of pounds on my belly!

Finally! I have gathered enough nerves to go through this. I’m sitting here at the doctors exam room, they already took my blood pressure-normal, measure my height if I grew any taller (or shorter!), gave them my urine sample and just finished getting my blood drawn and yes! I didn’t faint! Hehhe kidding!
They hooked me up on an EKG machine and did some xray. Doctor found some old lesion in my lungs due to my smoking days years ago. Thank god I quit.
They examined a couple more stuff that they usually do and talked to my doctor about a couple of concerns. So far so good but need to see the blood work results first. Also I was prescribed to do physical therapy so it’s great! Maybe that will be the cure for my stiff neck instead of doing the ingestibles.
