It was just last year on May 14th 2007 when the USPS increased their rate from $0.39 to $0.41 Now by Monday May 12th 2008 the first class stamp will be $0.42 Maybe it’s time to buy one of those ‘forever stamps’ that the post office are selling.  Either ways it’s an additional price hike…
