I had to put a degree sign on one of my FB status post when I wanted to share the weather forecast to my friends but Was baffled on how to insert it.
So invoked the power of Google and called upon the search druid.
Lo and behold! I learned something new in the land of wingdings!

For special characters Press and hold ALT and type the numerical number then release ALT. Presto! Your special symbol magically appears!

To insert the degree sign;
ALT + 0176

Pacquiao really stood out as a noble fighter as seen on tv where he knew Margarito’s face had been re-arranged and waiting on the referee to stop the fight.

Balang is the Tagalog word for locust. Somehow I just happened to know it while watching Ilumina and Balang was mentioned in that episode. I tried to look it up in the net but could not find a formal entry for it.
So para sa mga naligaw dito by Google search for balang Ito daw po ay Tagalog ng Locust na tinaguriang isang peste.

I have been wondering when this kind of app will show up. I think they rolled it out a few days ago and I just happened to stumbled on it when I was doing an update on my ipod touch.
There are some nice features included on this app like search and listing by genre. Need to review it more and will share the experience sometime soon.

This is my 5th time to try another fix to resolve this ipod touch problem in backing up. I’m trying to upgrade the os to 4.0 but it needs to backup the data before it can do so.

Opps..just got fed up with it…restoring without backup…sucks!

A rough translation can be ‘devious’ in pinoy street lingo. tak-u is ‘utak’ and langma-gu is ‘magulang’ so ‘utak magulang’.
Just like this penguin in this video that jumps into the boat to escape those killer whales that was after him.

I think somehow the penguin knew that the whales are not going to get close to humans and penguins are used to being with humans.
