Reformatting Liit’s computer

Number 3 is complaining about her computer doing the reboot stunt every once in a while.
I just re-installed Xp on it a while back.

So this time I’m reformating the whole drive and deleted the partition. The only thing that irks me is the stupid cdrom keeps on throwing out read errors. How can I finish this intallation if it can’t load the files to copy? Grrrr…

Social Network Webinar

Last thursday I had to stay home for a few hours to attend a webinar held by one of the prestigious SEO institution in the US. The webinar was scheduled for an hour but due to a lot of topic to cover which the host went thru generally, the extra 20 min was still not enouigh to cover even the basic stuff about doing SEO work utilizing the social network.

Still it gave me a broader insight on what is currently out there and what lies ahead.

I still need a lot of explorations that I have to do so I can fully get a grasp of things. The SEO work is really a job by itself.

Interesting thing about seo is that you are partly gambling or betting on the results that google will bring on your hard work which the end result or payout is the SERP ranking or search engine result page.

Hi Tatay. Pang-ilang taon na po ba? Hindi ko na po binibilang… Sorry po kung matagal ko na rin kayong hindi nabibisita. pero mabuti na lang at pinasyalan kayo ng kamukha nyo dyan. Touch din naman ako at nabisita kayo ulit ni utol. Sad din ako dahil hindi ako nakapag-tirik ng kandila para sa iyo. okey lang po yun. baka kami naman next year ang magkakaroon ng chance bumisita sa inyo..until then..

Weekends-worst enemy of a person trying to loose weight

Hmmm..why not just title it as worst time for a person trying to loose weight? I can, but I’m choosing to name it as a third person instead of a period of time…anyways..

Weekends are the worst enemy in terms of dieting. The workdays are easily controlled by packing lunches or just limiting yourself to the salad bar. On the other hand when weekend comes the variety of places you can bring your family are countless!

Start with the pizza buffet like cici or the all time favorite the chinese buffet where you can pig out like there no tomorrow.
Have you ever been in a japanese buffet? Even worse! The food there is so good you will overstuff yourself just because of the different flavor sensation.
One of the factors that contribute to this weekend binge is that its actually a family affair. Usually after church or after the regular oriental grocery shopping. Sometimes when we go shopping at the mall. I always managed to make an excuse to eat out.

This weekend is the worst ever! I started off on thursday with a lunch buffet with my katrab. At the chinese buffet near our wrk plc then an invitatuion came from a gang of friends for a firday buffet lunch! Fine. But here some saturday with a post wedding invite where the gathering is like a feast by itself! Cool! All my bulate are probably rejoicing right now!

nagpalagay pa naman ako dito sa trabaho ng sarili kong linya para masolo ko itong dsl tapos ayaw naman gumana. siguro hindi nilagay ang buong line dito sa box. haay nako..bayaan ko na lang.

akala ko pa naman mas bibilis ang speed ng internet ko…balik wireless ulit.

For those of you who with children that goes to kindergarten, grade 1-2? Check out this website.

They have a lot of good teaching resources like flash cards and other good stuff. I just happen to come across them when my wife asked me to make some flash cards for our daughter.

What the heck! How many honey-do-list do I have?! Lol! Just kidding! It’s not that much. I’m just trying to make a point on some of the item on my list that I’m procrastinating.
This particular one is actually the number 1 priority because it is always being used. So one weekend I just decided to tackle the task and get it over with.

It’s actually translated from a tagalog joke on the email that Mr. Georgie V. forwarded me. I still have to read the comprehensive article but there are a few things there that really makes sense.

People have always had this mentality that when someone is trying something new or out to the norm they tend to look down on it and say “It’s not going to work.” “It’s going to be a flop” Many times we heard about it.. and the innovators that was being looked down are now laughing.. just take Google as an example.
