Balang is the Tagalog word for locust. Somehow I just happened to know it while watching Ilumina and Balang was mentioned in that episode. I tried to look it up in the net but could not find a formal entry for it.
So para sa mga naligaw dito by Google search for balang Ito daw po ay Tagalog ng Locust na tinaguriang isang peste.

Downloaded and installed Oracle’s Vm VirtualBox today. The setup instructions looks easy enough to tackle so I went ahead and started the process.
I followed all the steps and breeze right thru it. I got stuck on the OS installation because my XP install disc has a couple of corrupt files so I had to use backup discs and swap them as the files gets copied to the virtual hard drive. i think i had done more than 30 swaps throughout the installation process but I had perseverance tucked under my arm and goes thru the installation.
Yehey! it asked me for the CD key! all done.

Damn! Now that I took a closer look at the pictures of Lady Gaga on the last VMA (Video Music Awards) it actually looks like it was made with real meat. So I peruse the internet and found this.
According to the actual dress designer Franc Fernandez he made Lady Gaga Meat dress from real meat from his family butcher. No wonder people are up in arms about this issue. But then again, aside from the poverty in other countries, vegans and PETA and people that judge everything that other people do Lady Gaga is just making a statement with her meat dress. Why? Because SHE CAN! LOL!

I have been wondering when this kind of app will show up. I think they rolled it out a few days ago and I just happened to stumbled on it when I was doing an update on my ipod touch.
There are some nice features included on this app like search and listing by genre. Need to review it more and will share the experience sometime soon.

This is my 5th time to try another fix to resolve this ipod touch problem in backing up. I’m trying to upgrade the os to 4.0 but it needs to backup the data before it can do so.
Opps..just got fed up with it…restoring without backup…sucks!

Green Lantern the movie is due to release around June 2011 starring Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan a.k.a. Green Lantern.
For the non-avid fan of DC comics Green Lantern character, Green Lanterns (there’s a lot of them!) are basically an intergalactic police squad (the original pulis kalawakan even before Shaider!) that divided the universe into 3,800 sectors. Hal Jordan, an Earth-based test pilot, is selected by the Green Lantern Corp. to patrol sector 2814. Every Green Lantern is given a power ring that is capable of creating a quasi- energy-beam version of whatever the user desires. If Hal Jordan wants to fight crime with a giant corkscrew, the power ring will create a giant corkscrew.
