TKD workout -1st day

Officially joined the USWTMA by signing up. that means gastos na naman! Pero oks lang. nothing is more important than your health diba? So kasama ko ang dalawang anak ko sa workout eh di parang bonding na rin. It has been more than 10 years ago when I last signup for this kind of workout. Pero sana I can keep this up. Well I guess I have to kasi committed ako ng isang taon by contract! ngeeee!

So ayun na nga. Around late morning we started with an extensive warmup and stretching exercises. Panay ang aray ko kasi talagang stiff and dormant ang mga muscles & ligaments ko. Nagsisigawan ang mga taba ko sa katawan dahil nasusunog sila sa tindi ng activities! After about 35 minutes nakaramdam ako ng parang binibuhol ang bituka ko. ewan ko pero parang ganoon ang feeling. tapos parang nasusuka ko  na hindi ko maintindihan. So stop ako sandali tapos napansin ng instructor kaya pinag-pahinga ako. Syet! akala ko mag-pa-pass out ako! After about 10 minutes naka-recover na ako. Grabe. Talagang I need a lot of working out…
