I know at one time I had mentioned that a post about my new toy will be made.  I think that was a couple of months ago.  To be exact na-gets ko itong Crimson BB 8310 ko before Thanksgiving. Talagang thank you na thank you ako! Eh paano naman dream BB ko talaga ito.  Bale 2nd unit ko na ito cuz I first had the bb8700c pero ala masyadong functions na enjoyable.  Here’s a list of some features that I liked about the blackberry 8310

Email- duh! The blackberries are well known for the email prowess! I used to make fun of people carrying their blackberry and can’t take their eyes off reading the tiny screen.  You can have up to 10 email accounts on your blackberry and which I have 9 of my email addresses on it.

Camera – 2 mega-pixel camera built-in this unit!  I used to carry 2 cellphones, one is my personal celphone (got to look back on my previous post to link here..) and my blackberry unit.  The reason why I lug those 2 units is because I’m quite attached to my camera phone. Well not anymore! Less weight to carry around now!  Also when I was still using my camera phone those picture files are too huge to mms to my regular account and puts a big dent on the internet service budget.

Media Player – the old 8700c has an undocumented feature on how to put mp3 files in your bb and the player sucks. Well the bb8310 player still sucks but at least it has a better interface.  It can play video files now though it record videos thru its built-in camera.

GPS – I like this feature! Never was a fan of those dedicated GPS units but this bb 8310 made me a follower.  I had to subscribe to TeleNav so I can get the full use of the gps features.  Though I can opt of the google maps or yahoo maps but I kinda want the audio that comes with the TeleNav software.

Cool! Just finished watching the new Knight Rider.  They switched the TransAm to a Mustang. Totally different voice and new techies installed.  Will sure be following this series.

Minsan iniisip ko- wala na bang maisip na topic ang mga network at bumababa sila sa ganitong uri ng reporting? OO nga at may babala sila na nakakadiri yun pero ewan ko ba!  Pagnaiisip ko kinikilabutan ako..

Bigla na naman dumami ang tao dito sa dt. Nag long lunch ako today kasi takot na akong idrive yung kotse ko at kita na ang ply ng gulong. Kung ipipilit ko pa eh baka hindi na ako makapag blog pang muli! Lol!
Nung tininingnan ng sales rep yung gulong ko niloko pa ako at tinanong kung slick tires daw ang nakakabit.  Halos wala na nga kasing ply! Samadaling salita-nagatasan na naman ako ng humigit kumulang ng wadalaanda at sekalat. Yun na raw ang pinakamura nila. Wala kasi ng size ng kotse ko sa wally world kya dito na ako nagpunta.
Kanina mga 4 na tao pa lang at alas tres na ng hapon. Ewan ko ba kung saan lupalop nanggaling ang mga ito at nagsulputan na lang bigla.
Wala pa ring kupas ng galing ko sa bwena mano! Kahit hapon may bisa pa rin!

I made a post about my recent communication with DiscoverCard last night but after a few minutes I decided to delete that post.  Just my luck our trusty search engine Google had already crawled that page and I just felt compelled to repost that message..

Tonight I decided to give Discover a call to request if they can lower my rate since I was one of the thousands of people who gets stuck with high interest rates and pays it too. I called the customer service and was promptly transferred to a rate negotiator at Pheonix and without any reluctance the rep that I talked to gave me a very low rate that will be in effect for six months and that made my day!  I was just too happy which made me write this post just to thank them cuz’ I forgot to get the rep’s name.

They said it’s competitive pricing..I say it’s sucking us dry!

The At&t price change of $5 will affect the 13-state traditional region (Arkansas, Cincinatti, California, Conneticut, Nevada,  Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan and Texas). The change will not occur in the 9 Southeast states and it’s gear to be in effect by March 2008

The current pricing:
– Basic (768 Kbps): $14.99 (will change to $19.95)
– Express (1.5 Mbps) : $19.99 (will change to $25)
– Pro (3 Mbps) services.: $24.99 (will change to $30)

I guess I will have to downgrade to the express level to retain the same pricing scheme.

Hindi na ako nakaligtas sa kulit ng bunso ko kahapon ksi nagyayaya sya na pumunta sa mcdo pero medyo may hangover pa ako sa whole weeks workdays kaya sabi ko na lang bukas na kami pupunta. Medyo nagtatarang ng konti pero nawala na rin.

Kaso eto na! Pagkagising ng loka bukangbibig nya..dad? Can we go to mcdo? I tried talking myself out of it but once you promised her something you have to make good or she just won’t letup with her constant nagging.

So nagbihis na rin kami at niyaya namin ang dalawang ate nya pero bagsak yung isa kaya yung pinaglihi sa kawayan na ate nya na lang ang sumama. Sa payat ng isang anak kong iyun malakas namang lumamon!  Bilib ako!

So umalis nakami at settled na sa pagkain sa McDo.  At ito talaga ang main topic sa post ko- ang playground sa mcdo or any playground for that matter. (ano? saan kaya pupunta itong istorya…?)

Pinalaki ko ang mga anak ko by trying to expose them sa mga activities ng mga peers nila.
Ang purpose ko interactions and at the same time para ma-expose sa mga elements ng kapwa nila.
Lumaki kasi kami sa isang lugar na maraming kapitbahay sa manila. Ang sikat na lugar sa tondo-divisoria!
I can’t think of anything densely populated sa manila kung hindi sa tondo. Sa paglaki namin doon syempre lahat na ang elemento masasagap mo. Yung ang nagbigay sa amin ng immunity sa mga sakit habang lumalaki kami. Yun nga lang, wala naman akong balak na irecreate ang paglaki ko sa mga anak ko dahil hindi nila makakayanan ata ang pinagdaanan ko noon. Opps..information overload..tapusin na ang sentimyento..sensya na sa bitin! heheh!

Lapit na! dalawang araw na lang! Pero teka..hindi naman ako manonood ng game.  Yung mga commercial lang naman ang pinapanood ko.  Kasi nga sa media industry ang trabaho ko kaya intrigue lang akong makita ang mga millions of dollars na mga commercials like Budweiser at Pepsi.

Yun lang!
