Had to do some errands today from Plano to Garland and at around noon it feels that the winds has been picking up speed. Here’s the weather forecast for today.

A HIGH WIND WARNING is in effect with winds expected to be gusting over 50 mph across North Texas during the day today as a cold front and dry line sweep through the area. Blowing dust is likely. Temps top out in the low to mid 70s and then fall into the low to mid 60s by late this afternoon. Relatively quiet weather returns for the next several days.

It had made quite some damages on my backyard. 2 sections of my cedar picket fence had came down which borders my property line and my neighbor. The other side is currently being work on by this high winds and should come down too. That will be about 3 sections. Sooooo..I guess I’ll be buzy tomorrow to fix those damn fences!

trying a new strategy from those Isulong SEOPH blog tips. I had the default setup before whereas the permalink uses numbers and symbols ( i used to call them characters). Now trying to see if the new permalink using the numerical date and post title combo will pull through. Still working on a good category scheme.

Just wrote to Dish Network Customer service. Just got tired of all the crap. They charge for Dish Home protection which supposed to be an equipment-overall maintenance/insurance deal. I don’t know..I just had it…

Here’s an excerpt of what I wrote;

Majority of the channels that I have hasn’t been working for weeks now. Tired of calling your tech supports because we have done all the steps & know it by heart and still doesn’t work.  All that your tech people will do is to make us do all those steps again and loooong wait for the switch test to complete. if it ever works on a clear & sunny day, it’s erratic. we pay for dish protection $5+ a month do to the technical work for your company.
Ok. Now for the question. Will there be ANY cancellation or termination fee if I cancel my service by the end of this week? The last time I asked I was told I am on the month-to-month basis. Just wanted it clear before discontinuing my service and don’t want to pay anymore additional charges.

Finally got around in getting the expedition for state inspection. Buti na lang at pumayag ang may-ari ng kumpanya namin na maging company holiday ang president’s day. Daming naging activities.
Nakapag-shopping ng konti kasama ang jowa ko at nakakuha pa along the way ng pang-wall decoration sa kirkland.
1st day din ng dalawa kong anak sa trial period ng taekwondo nila dito sa area namin. Grabe din ang presyo ng ganitong activity. Few years
ago wala pang tasingkwen ang isang buwan. Ngayon rereglahin ata ako sa bayaran!

Two days ago pinag-signup ako ni big boss sa mga hosting company para mag-setup ng mga blog sites. Plano kasi naming ipush ang ranking ng website namin to the top kaya limang blogsites ang pinaset-up sa akin.

Syempre more than willing ako dahil masarap atang gumastos lalo na at kalapansa ng kumpanya! Ska pagkakataon ko na rin to checkout those other hosting sites kumpara sa mga hosting site na ginagamit ko.

Very clean ang cpanel nila at saka lots of information are being provided. Second choice ko ata ang AnHosting.com

So pagkatapos kong ma-setup yung mga site na yun at dahil masyado ata akong mabait, ginawa ko ng roster yung web designer namin complete with access info. Doon natapos ang right kong magkalkal sa mga site na yun dahil kung baga eh ‘he owns’ na yung inner workings ng blogsites. At saka ayoko rin mapag-bintangan pag pumalpak sya.

In the process din naman ng lahat na ito nag-trip na naman akong mag-setup ng isa pang sarili kong domain. I’ll publish the url sometime soon.  Open na nga ako sa mga suggestions kung ano pang pwedeng gawin sa mga domains ko. Tuwa lang ako na may bago na naman akong virtual space.

Took an extended lunch today and drove to my bayaw’s house to pick him up.

He had called me yesterday that an new engine is needed and he already found a surplus engine. So we went to Eric Engines and waited for a few minutes while the owner was chatting on the phone with another customer. As soon as he hanged up K. Jess asked for the Honda Accord 95 engine non-vtech b/c he previously spoke with the owner and they said they have it. We were a little PO’d when the owner said that he made a mistake and thought we were asking for a vtech.  What a dyk!
So I took K. Jess back to his house and he started making calls. Then his contact from that same store called him and said that the engine is ready to be delivered. Yea. we were confused. But got it squared away with the owner and I’m out of pocket $500+. Still in the practical way of living I’ll still be better off rather than scrapping the whole car. So next expense on the list- mechanic’s labor cost.  aaayyayaaayyy….

Damn! Yesterday afternoon just right after we visited Daddy from VA Hosp. we had to stop by Mama’s house to pick up the Honda. On the way back home I had to take the freeway. My two daughter was with me and we’re not even a few miles out when the car started to act funny. Don’t know nothing about cars but I can feel if something’s wrong.

Then suddenly there was a loud humming noise and the engine just stopped! I switched the emergency lights on and tried to get to exit at the nearest ramp. Didn’t make it and the car just stop just at the worst part of the exit ramp! There’s a lot of crazy drivers out there and at that time all it takes it just one stupid driver not paying attention on what they are doing and we all be going to the hospital.

Good thing I have an AAA card and a celphone. Requested an emergency service tow and a police assistance. AAA in turn quickly responded and notified the local Police Department and a squad car was dispatched right away. The officers parked his squad car a few feet behind me and stayed with us until the tow truck came. I thanked the officer before we left and head out to the local mechanic shop.

It was quite a scare for me and my kids but thank God we’re all ok. -whew!-

Last night I had switched the sim cards between my jowa’s phone & mine. I haven’t been really using the features of my W600i so I just felt compelled to give it to my wife. Sayang lang kasi yung pagka-camera phone nya tapos ang mga subject ko sa snapshots mga contructions ng highway on my way to work? Aba eh na-document ko na ata ang pag-develop ng NTTA sa Dallas North Tollway extention from Highway 121 to Route 380! Wala naman akong time mag-lakad-lakad dito sa opis namin para kunan ko ng mga pictures itong katrabaho ko? Ay nako. Pabayaan mo na lang. Almost 9 hours a day ko na nga silang nakikita tapos forever memories pa? heheeh! Besides I’m so engrossed in my crackberry 8700c that I can’t really enjoy the other aspects of my w600i and also the fact that I had the media net & multi-media messaging disabled on my account.Diba nga from my previous posting I have been ranting about Cingular and thier media net crap? HAH! cured na lahat ng problems ko! Kwento ko minsan yung latest gadget kong 3G Wireless Broadband PC card. Waiting lang kayo..

My wife will have better use of it like taking pictures of my kids and some spur of the moment antic that my kids likes to do. At saka sama naman ako sa voice plan ng kumpanya namin kya stick na lang ako to use 1 phone. I’ll just keep the other one as a back up.  Bale naka-forward na lang yung number ko sa blackberry ko kaya all is good.

Minsan akala mo when you let out your opinion with the intent to help  others feel mo na makakatulong ka sa problem. Sama pala when it blows up on your face. Why I can’t learn from these mistakes i don’t know. It somehow ends up in an intellectual battle which I always try to avoid b/c maybe I’m just a little sensitive? Maybe so but I always stand to be corrected no matter what. It was wrong of me to pattern my lifestyle and insights in life with someone I haven’t seen for a long time. I know I should have assessed the situation alittle more in depth rather than quickly giving my 2 cents. All I wanted was to help but I guess I ended up messing somebody’s head and taking a step back in re-analyzing thier beliefs and outlook in life. For this my sincere apologies and all I can offer is my best wishes on all your endeavours.
